Rates includes meals where indicated.
Rates include Value Added Tax (VAT) which is charged at 14%
Alluvia have a child friendly policy and cots are provided when required.
Children between the ages of 0 – 35 months stay for free, whilst children of the ages from 3 years to 12 years stay at 50% of the adult rate.
Meals are not included with children rates and needs to be settled separately.
Bookings are only confirmed with a 50% deposit.
50% of the total cost will be charged if a booking is cancelled between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation be received 7 days prior or day of arrival there will be a CANCELLATION charge of 100% for every room night cancelled.
Check in time is between 14h00 – 17h00, however, we are here to fulfill in your needs and late check in may be pre – arranged.
To ensure we have the rooms ready for the next guests arriving, please note departure is at 10h00.
Late departures can be requested until 16h00 at an additional charge of R500.00 per room, subject to availability.

Only pre-approved bank guaranteed cheques will be accepted.
All rooms are non smoking, however ashtrays are provided on the patios for permitted smoking outside the room.
Reservations are subject to terms of residence on check – in.
A maximum of two adults are permitted per suite and a maximum of six in a Self Catering Home.
“The Vineyard Lifestyle” by Alluvia Wine Estate reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
A booking would be fully payable for the entire duration of stay for premature departure.
“The Vineyard Lifestyle” by Alluvia Wine Estate also reserves the right to cancel any suspicious reservations
All other Hospitality terms and conditions apply.
Management reserves the right to add and change / amend any of the above mentioned terms and conditions without written notification.
