A relatively new comer, since 2002. The Alluvia Boutique Winery named the wine after their two daughters Ilse and Karla – Ilka.


They’re already making waves with their stunning Sauvignon Blanc, but the Cabernet is for those who own cellars and are looking for serious wine.

Brilliant concentrated extraction,produces a dark, deeply coloured wine. Ripe plums and spice on the nose, with firm tannin structure and integrated acid, means this wine has all the building blocks for keeping a minimun for 5 years. With all this power, it will be the perfect wine to enjoy with a succulent steak while watching the soccer 2010.
